Sustainable & Cost-Effective Flooring Solutions

Our refurbished raised floor panels, sourced from a stock exceeding 50,000 m², are tested and graded to first-use quality standards. They offer a cost-effective, eco-friendly alternative at a fraction of new panel pricing.
Proje Piar systematically stocks and offers refurbished raised floor panels recovered from corporate flooring renovation projects carried out over the years. Our current inventory exceeds 50,000 m² and covers a wide range of heights and panel types.
Each panel is inspected by our technical team through visual checks, load capacity testing and surface assessment. Panels are graded as Grade A (no visible damage, full capacity), Grade B (minimal cosmetic wear, full capacity) or Grade C (requiring refinishing, suitable for light-load applications). This grading system allows clients to match selection to their budget and use case.
New raised flooring systems are costly due to the quality raw materials and manufacturing required. Refurbished panels can deliver savings of 40 to 70 percent compared to new equivalents. For short-term office projects, temporary floor installations, or budget-constrained environments, refurbished panels are the most rational choice.
From an environmental standpoint, reuse offers significant advantages. Most raised floor panels are steel or aluminium-based; choosing reuse over recycling eliminates the carbon footprint of the manufacturing process entirely. For organisations with ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) commitments, documented use of refurbished materials can serve as a tangible contribution in sustainability reporting.
